How to start Instio with Cloudbeds

Connect to Instio GEM

Connect your account with Instio GEM through Cloudbeds Marketplace. Instio account manager will reach out to you soon to help you setup your account.

Automated communications

Once your set up is over, Instio GEM pulls all reservation information from Cloudbeds and starts the automated scripts - SMS or Email. Guests get an SMS to the app for further communication.

Collect all requests and complaints

Collect all guest requests and complaints in a single platform. Delegate the request or issue immediately to the curresponding staff member and track to closure.

Automated Review Collection

FAQ - Cloudbeds Integration

If you are a Cloudbeds customer you can either go to App marketplace and search for Instio and subscribe to our application or write to support@cloudbeds.com to enable Instio GEM for your account. In case you are new to Cloudbeds you can write to us for enabling both Instio and Cloudbeds by dropping us an email at hello@instio.co

  • Setup a meeting with our sales executive or email us on support@instio.co and we will guide you through our process for a 14 day trial.
  • Once you are happy to move forward, our support staff will be in contact with you. They will work with you to create your account, add your staff, define your services, set your preferences as well as customize the check-out questionnaire which your guests should receive.
  • Once the above has been completed a Cloudbeds integration manager will guide you through the Cloudbeds authorization process confirming and allowing Instio access to your Reservations data, which will automate the guest communication and engagement.
  • Now your guest is equipped with your own guest app that will enable them to place requests from anywhere at any time. Your staff is now equipped with tools to deliver the requests at the best possible time improving your overall guest experience.
  • When the guest checks-out, Instio automatically collects the departure information for filling the check-out questionnaire.

  • Once integration is successfully done all reservations with cloudbed for the property will be automatically synced with Instio account.
  • All Automated mail/SMS communications will be activated as per the requirement of the property.
  • Guest Data would be updated at regular intervals and would be visible in the Instio Dashboard.
  • Guest would be automatically receiving the SMS/Email as you defined in Instio system for pre, during and post engagement.
  • In case you are enabling the guest app, that will enable them to place requests from anywhere at any time.
  • Your staff will be now equipped with tools to deliver the requests at the best possible time improving your overall guest experience.
  • On check-out by guest from your property Instio will send a customized questionnaire to your guest requesting feedback.

Login to your Cloudbeds account. Go to Manage Area, and go to Manage Apps Page. Uninstall Instio App from this page.
